Frequently Asked Questions.

Are you fully insured?

Yes. We have General Liability as well as Worker’s Compensation.

Do you use Bleach?

Yes. However, we only use a very diluted amount of sodium hypochlorite (bleach) the same way you would with your clothes when you wash them. This is how we can kill all the organic material growing on the surface of your home. We rinse thoroughly to protect all nearby grass and plant life. We take pride in having washed thousands of homes over the years and never killed a single daisy.

Can pressure washing my home damage the paint?

No. We don’t actually pressure wash houses. That’s dangerous for both the technician and the home. Instead, we use a soft wash system which allows us to use very low psi to apply and also rinse the home safely and effectively.

Will you be using my water?

Yes. Most houses we wash are done within 1 to 3 hours and it costs Georgia homeowners around $5 dollars (maximum) to have their property washed using their own water supply. We have a tank, but the tanks that pressure washing companies use are mostly to supply their machines with enough water to wash your home. Some homes, unfortunately, do not push out enough water and this can risk damaging our machines.

Does someone have to be home?

No. For the past 6 years we’ve been in business, we can say that we’ve only ever met about 25% of the homeowners. As long as we have access to all 4 sides of the home, no one has to be there.

Can you reach my second story?

Yes. In fact, we can safely reach up to 4 stories using our machines. And that’s with zero ladders required.

Can you pressure wash oil stains off?

No. Oil stains can only be removed using chemicals alongside washing the surface. Concrete is very porous and because of this, oil can go up to 2 inches deep into the concrete. This is why we can guarantee the complete removal of any oil stain. However, we can drastically lighten the stain and have come as close to new as possible.

How much is this going to cost me?

It all depends on what we’re working with. Not all surfaces can be treated the same. We do have a minimum of $175 for a complete house wash of any property that’s 1,700 sqft or less. But to ensure fair pricing to all our customers, we generally charge between $0.10 - $0.15 per sq ft of home.
